Rotating your car tyres? Wait... what?

It's simple. Rotating your tyres every 6 months or 6,000 miles can help prolong the life of your tyres and prevent uneven wear.

Due to a number of factors, such as road conditions, weather and driving style, tyres wear unevenly. Imbalance can lead to a lower performance of your car and a higher fuel consumption. Also with less tread on your tyres, your stopping distance increases, which again is another reason to rotate.

How do you rotate your tyres?

This is the tricky part. It's not as simple as it seems. Use our helpful diagrams below as a guide to rotating your tyres. Alternatively, Shore Tyres customers can have their tyres rotated correctly for free. Simply contact us to arrange a time.
